Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK & Republic of Ireland only and aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days of receiving your order (excluding bespoke items).


We will deliver all goods to the address you specify for delivery.


We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to goods that have been delivered to the incorrect or inaccessible address (unless this is caused by our error).


Delivery times are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to deliver as quoted. In the event that delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control we will advise you accordingly and arrange an alternative delivery time. 


  • Orders over £90 – P&P free of charge
  • Delivery via Royal Mail – price calculated based upon your chosen Royal Mail delivery option during checkout. 
  • Collection available in store free of charge


Returns

(Distance Selling Regulations 2000)

We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, but we do appreciate from time to time things happen / don’t go as planned.


PRIOR TO RECEIPT of an item...

If you should wish to cancel an order please notify us by calling us on 01253 795071 or emailing us at info@thewildginger.co.uk as soon as you can. We will look to refund the full purchase price including intended postage costs. 


Once you are

IN RECEIPT of an item...

We would ask that you notify us by calling us on 01253 795071 or emailing us at info@thewildginger.co.uk  within 14 DAYS of receipt, and we can look to discussing the return with you in addition to offering an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the basic postage cost. 


If your item arrived damaged, please notify us on 01253 795071 or emailing us at info@thewildginger.co.uk within 24 HOURS of receipt, so we can either arrange a replacement, or a refund. We ask that you keep and return the original packaging and email over a picture of the damaged item so that we are able to claim back from the Courier. 


CANCELLATION ON BESPOKE PERSONALISED ITEMS

You must notify us within 48 HOURS of placing an order by calling us on 01253 795071 or emailing us at info@thewildginger.co.uk.  We are unable to offer a refund on cancellations after this time.

Important stuff, please note:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Please note that you are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty. Please notify us of fault within 24 hours of receipt as we can’t be held responsible for fault thereafter.
  • Please ensure that your returning parcel is packaged adequately as we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the item is subsequently damaged.
  • Bespoke personalised items must be cancelled within 48 HOURS of orders being placed, to allow a refund to be made. We are unable to thereafter accept cancellation or offer refund of bespoke personalised items unless they are subsequently received by yourself as faulty or damaged.
  • We are unable to accept return of Gift Cards.
  • If the buyer is made aware of an items fault or damage prior to purchase, no return or refund is available. 


Our Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or give you a call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by us, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.


If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours then please firstly check with your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be posted to you.



If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will notify the gift giver and arrange a refund direct with them.
