Do you have a shop I can visit?

We don’t have a physical retail location at present. However, if there’s a particular product you’d like to see in more detail, you can arrange a live video call with one of our team. Just give us a call Monday–Friday, 10 am–4 pm (excluding bank holidays) on the number listed on our website and we’ll set it up.

How long will delivery take?

Standard Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1–3 working days.

Free Local Delivery: If you live within FY8, FY4 and PR4 we can offer free delivery (sometimes on SAME DAY). We will message you direct on contact details provided to arrange.

Next Day Delivery: If you place your order before 2 pm on a weekday (Monday–Friday), your package will arrive on the next working day.

Please note that weekends and UK bank holidays are excluded when calculating delivery times.
