Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You may return any item within 14 calendar days of the date you received it. To begin a return, email us at info@thewildginger.co.uk with your order number and reason for return as soon as possible.

2. Condition of Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and resalable.
  • They must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Include your order confirmation or packing slip.

3. How to Ship Your Return

  • Pack your items securely in a suitable box or envelope.
  • Ship via Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel or DPD.
  • Keep proof of postage—we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation by email.

5. Returns Shipping Costs

  • If you’re returning simply because you changed your mind, you cover return postage.
  • If the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, we’ll reimburse your return‐shipping costs—just include a copy of your postage receipt in your package.
